Bevel Helical Gearbox

The Bevel Helical Gearbox Housing is usually made of Close Grain Cast Iron when the quantity required is more or Structural Steel when the application demands or the quantity is low like 1 pcs. They are rugged, corrosion resistant and absorb shock and vibration. The Reducer Gearing is Helical type made from high quality alloy steel, hobbed, case carburized, tempered and surface ground to close tolerances. That leads to a very good efficiency and a quiet working condition. The shafts are from alloy steel forging or bars. Low speed shafts can be solid or hollow type. Bearings are fitted on a ground journal and are taper roller type.
